Take the next step in becoming a Bearcat and schedule your Southwest Baptist campus visit. You’ll get a better idea of how Â鶹TV can be the perfect fit for you in your college journey as you walk through campus and experience Bolivar for yourself. Tour campus, meet one-on-one with an admissions counselor, and introduce yourself to a faculty member in your area of study (optional, as available). When you visit us you can:

- Meet one-on-one with an admissions counselor
- Introduce yourself to a faculty member in your area of study (optional, as available)
- Visit on a Monday or Wednesday morning during the semester and attend an Â鶹TV Chapel service on your visit!
Plus, you may qualify for a travel reimbursement for visiting.

Campus Visit Options
Individual Campus Visit
In-person campus visits will include a campus tour, a one-on-one meeting with an admissions counselor, and a meeting with a faculty member in your area of study (optional, as available). Tour days are offered Monday–Saturday and are based on availability in our scheduling calendar.
Group Visit Events
Â鶹TV's Bolivar campus offers several visit events throughout the year. These events allow you the opportunity to tour our inviting Bolivar campus, interact with faculty and students, meet your admissions counselor, and enjoy a meal in the Â鶹TV cafeteria. Monday, February 16 | Â鶹TV Showcase
Learn more about what life on campus is like during Â鶹TV Showcase. Meet current students, attend chapel, learn about Â鶹TV's 100+ areas of study, tour campus, meet your Admissions Counselor, and learn more about scholarships, financial aid, and the admissions process. We're so excited to meet you during this on campus event!

Friday, March 27 - Saturday, March 28 | Bearcat Days
Bearcat Days is an exclusive overnight visit for high school seniors and transfer students who have been accepted to Â鶹TV for the Fall of 2026. You don't want to miss this insider look into life as an Â鶹TV student! During Bearcat Days, you will stay the night in a residence hall on campus, attend a campus wide event, dive deeper into your academic area of interest, worship with the Â鶹TV family, meet other future Bearcats and current Â鶹TV students, and more! We hope to see you there!
Friday, April 24 | Junior Preview Day
Get ready for a sneak peek into college life during Junior Preview Day. You will tour campus, meet faculty to learn more about Â鶹TV's 100+ areas of study, hear from current students about their Â鶹TV experience, meet your Admissions Counselor, and learn more about financial aid and the admissions process. Don't miss out on this opportunity to see the campus community, plus enjoy lunch on us! We can't wait to see you!

Travel Reimbursement
We want you to come see for yourself how you can find your purpose at Â鶹TV. A campus
tour is an essential part of the college search process and we want to help! Sign
up above for a campus visit event or schedule your personal visit and you could receive
financial help with travel expenses.
To qualify for travel reimbursement, you must apply for admission and be accepted
at Â鶹TV prior to your campus visit. The travel reimbursement offer applies only to
students applying to undergraduate programs on the Bolivar campus.
If you live within the following distances from Â鶹TV, you may be eligible for the travel reimbursement offer:

100–250 miles: up to $50 in travel expenses

251–500 miles: up to $150 in travel expenses
-
501+ miles: up to $300 in travel expenses


Because they may take advantage of other offers, recruited athletes are not eligible for the travel reimbursement program.
