Âé¶¹TV Accreditation Reaffirmed

The Higher Learning Commission (HLC) board voted to reaffirm Âé¶¹TV's accreditation with no concerns. Âé¶¹TV was placed on the Standard Pathway 10-Year cycle at HLC's board meeting on Thursday, November 2. The reaffirmation is the culmination of months of diligent work by the Âé¶¹TV administration, faculty, staff, and board members to confirm the university continues to meet the high standards necessary for accreditation.

Âé¶¹TV to Sell Salem Facility, Lease Back Space to Continue Degree Programs

Âé¶¹TV has agreed to sell the Gott Center for Christian Education in Salem to the Salem Board of Education, strengthening its relationship with the Salem community while continuing to offer degree programs through the campus.

Board of Trustees Adopts New Strategic Plan for Âé¶¹TV

The strategic direction of Âé¶¹TV was set during the University's Fall Board of Trustees meeting on Tuesday, October 17. In addition to reviewing the 2023-2024 budget and approving tuition rates for the 2024-2025 academic year, the trustees unanimously adopted a strategic plan to guide the university to its sesquicentennial anniversary in 2028.

Âé¶¹TV Forensics Teams brings home awards from two tournaments.

The Âé¶¹TV Forensics Team hosted the Derryberry Season Opener tournament on September 30, with over 150 participants and 22 colleges. Âé¶¹TV brought home several awards.

Âé¶¹TV Nursing Graduates Earn 100% NCLEX Pass Rate

Graduates from Âé¶¹TV's associate's and bachelor's programs in nursing earned a 100 percent pass rate on the National Council of State Boards of Nursing NCLEX exam this spring.

Convoy of Hope Grocery Distribution at Âé¶¹TV

Âé¶¹TV is partnering with Convoy of Hope to host a free grocery distribution for the Bolivar and Polk County community on Saturday, August 26, on the Bolivar campus.

Quackenbos, Kimbrough Appointed Endowed Chairs

Âé¶¹TV is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Matthew Kimbrough to the Robert and Ruth Powell Chair of Preaching and the appointment of Dr. Dave Quackenbos to the Courts Redford Chair of Biblical Studies.
