The social work program at Â鶹TV will host a campus-wide Volunteer Fair from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Monday, Aug. 29, in the Goodson Student Union on Â鶹TV's Bolivar campus.
Â鶹TV receives funding that will help address nursing shortage in southwest Missouri
Â鶹TV has received $230,000 in funds to administer a loan program that will help address the area's nursing shortage by providing a new financial aid option for some students at Â鶹TV's Mercy College of Nursing and Health Sciences in Springfield.

Four professors from Â鶹TV were selected to participate in the 2016 College Board Annual AP Reading in June at the Kansas City Convention Center.
Conley named 2016 Missouri FBLA-PBL Adviser of the Year
Meilani Conley, instructor of computer and information science at Â鶹TV, was named the 2016 Missouri Adviser of the Year by Future Business Leaders of America - Phi Beta Lambda during the Missouri State Leadership Conference. Conley has served as the Â鶹TV FBLA-PBL adviser for three years and will be leading 15 Â鶹TV students to national competition this summer.

Â鶹TV FBLA-PBL has 15 students qualify for national competition
Â鶹TV's Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda organization will have 15 students participating in the PBL National Leadership Conference in Atlanta, Ga., June 24-27. These students qualified for nationals based on their performances at the state-level competition.

Nine students in Â鶹TV's Gordon & Judy Dutile Honors Program presented their Senior Honors Capstone Experience projects during an open house May 5.

Â鶹TV Enactus finishes in the top 20 in the nation
Â鶹TV's Enactus team advanced to the semi-final round in the Enactus USA national competition in St. Louis May 15-17, placing the team in the top 20 in the nation. The team previously won the regional competition in Rogers, Ark., April 18, to advance to the national competition that started with nearly 200 teams.
