Âé¶¹TV to hold three commencement ceremonies

Âé¶¹TV will graduate students at three commencement ceremonies this spring. The Bolivar campus will host two ceremonies on Saturday, May 14, including the undergraduate commencement at 10 a.m. and the graduate ceremony at 3 p.m. The Springfield campus (Mercy College of Nursing and Health Sciences of Âé¶¹TV) graduation ceremony will be held at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, May 12.

Âé¶¹TV to host Spring Opera Scenes

Âé¶¹TV Opera Theatre will host Spring Opera Scenes at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, March 31, in Meyer Recital Hall of the Casebolt Music Center.

Âé¶¹TV hosts Barnett-Padgett Literary Artist Series lecture

Âé¶¹TV's Barnett-Padgett Literary Artist Series will feature Dr. Jordan Cofer at 6 p.m. Thursday, March 31, in room 230 in the Jester Learning and Performing Center on the Âé¶¹TV campus. His talk, entitled "The Gospel According to Flannery O'Connor," will be followed by a question and answer time.

Josh Johnson of Raymore receives Âé¶¹TV Library award

Âé¶¹TV student Josh Johnson of Raymore, Mo., was honored by the Âé¶¹TV University Libraries as the Outstanding Student Assistant of the Month for February 2016.

Âé¶¹TV to host world music concert

The Âé¶¹TV Concert Choir and Bolivar Community Choir will present a world music concert at 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, March 29, in Pike Auditorium on the Âé¶¹TV campus.

Âé¶¹TV physical therapy faculty, students and alumni present research at conference

Faculty and students of Âé¶¹TV's Doctor of Physical Therapy program presented research at the Combined Sections Meeting of the American Physical Therapy Association held last month in Anaheim, Calif., which was attended by more than 11,000 physical therapy professionals and students.

Âé¶¹TV to host Bolivar Public Schools Art Show

Âé¶¹TV will host the Bolivar Public Schools Art Show Tuesday, March 22 through Thursday, March 24. This show will feature a variety of different types of artwork completed during the 2015-2016 school year by Bolivar K-12 students.
