Âé¶¹TV to hold Spring 2022 commencement ceremonies May 20 and 21
Âé¶¹TV will be awarding degrees to 580 students during three commencement ceremonies -- 355 on Friday, May 20, and 225 on Saturday, May 21, in the Jane and Ken Meyer Wellness and Sports Center on the Bolivar campus.

Âé¶¹TV students honored at Kennedy Center Theatre Festival
Âé¶¹TV Theatre students were honored this semester at the 54th annual Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival, which celebrates work by colleges and universities in the seven-state region during 2021, in a virtual online festival.

Howes to be featured in Âé¶¹TV faculty recital May 9
The Âé¶¹TV Division of Arts & Humanities will present a faculty recital featuring Dr. Sarah Howes, soprano, at 7:30 p.m., Monday, May 9 in Meyer Recital Hall on the Bolivar campus.

Âé¶¹TV chapter of Delta Mu Delta inducts 11 students
Âé¶¹TV's Zeta Kappa chapter of the Delta Mu Delta international honor society in business inducted 11 new members on April 28, during a banquet ceremony at McClelland Dining Hall on the Bolivar campus.

Âé¶¹TV to host annual Masterworks Concert on May 3
The Âé¶¹TV Area of Music will present the annual Masterworks Concert at 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, May 3 in Pike Auditorium on the Bolivar campus.
Âé¶¹TV Division of Education hosts Bearcat Book Battle
Âé¶¹TV's Division of Education hosted its third annual Bearcat Book Battle for fourth- through sixth-grade readers on Saturday, April 23 in the Goodson Student Union and Gott Education Building on the Bolivar campus.

Âé¶¹TV recognizes Dill, Chaney scholarship recipients
Three Âé¶¹TV students recently were named the recipients of two of the University's prestigious awards - the Stanley H. Dill Distinguished Scholar Award and the Chaney Scholar Awards - which are among Âé¶¹TV's largest endowed scholarships.

Âé¶¹TV PBL team qualifies nine for nationals
Âé¶¹TV's Phi Beta Lambda (PBL) organization had nine students qualify for the PBL National competition after an outstanding finish at the PBL State Leadership Conference on April 9 in Springfield.
