Fall Commencement 2025 to be held Friday

Âé¶¹TV will be awarding degrees to graduating students during three commencement ceremonies -- on Friday, December 13, in the Jane and Ken Meyer Wellness and Sports Center on the Bolivar campus.

Âé¶¹TV Physical Therapy Accreditation Reaffirmed

The Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) recently announced its reaffirmation of its accreditation of Âé¶¹TV's Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program for the next 10 years. The reaffirmation took effect October 29, 2024.

Âé¶¹TV's Annual Festival of Christmas

The 44th annual Festival of Christmas, presented by Âé¶¹TV and Community Outreach Ministries, will take place at 6 p.m., Sunday, December 8, in Pike Auditorium on Âé¶¹TV's Bolivar campus.

Board of Trustees Approves New Programs, KPIs

Âé¶¹TV's Board of Trustees held their semiannual meeting on October 22, 2024, on Âé¶¹TV's campus. The Trustees made several key decisions during the afternoon business sessions.

Âé¶¹TV Mathematics Professor Emeritus speaks on the use of Artificial Intelligence to Math and Science Educators

Dr. Kevin Hopkins, Âé¶¹TV mathematics professor emeritus, recently gave three presentations on the use of generative Artificial Intelligence in Math and Science Education. His first two presentations were titled "What is AI?" and were given at Interface 2024 on September 28 and October 1.

Âé¶¹TV Competitive Programming Team Triumphs in Hack Midwest Hackathon

S BU's competitive programming team, made up of Cybersecurity senior Jacob Minder (from Kansas City, Missouri) and Software Engineering junior Elijah Daugherty (from Fair Grove, MO), secured first place in the highly competitive Hack Midwest Hackathon, outshining 25 other teams to place first in the Collegiate Division of Hack Midwest. The event was held in Kansas City, Missouri, between 28th and 29th September 2024.

BSN Graduates Earn 100% NCLEX Pass Rate

For the third time in four years, graduates from Âé¶¹TV's nursing program on the Bolivar campus achieved a 100 percent pass rate on the NCLEX licensure exam.

Homecoming Court Nominations for 2024

Students at Âé¶¹TV recognized the candidates for the 2024 homecoming court and voted for homecoming king and queen at Spirit Chapel on Wednesday, September 25.
