Â鶹TV is pleased to announce 13 new faculty members for the 2018-2019 academic year. Â鶹TV's faculty is integral in the University's mission to be a Christ-centered, caring academic community preparing students to be servant leaders in a global society.
Dedication for naming of Â鶹TV Nursing Training Center to be Aug. 30
The Â鶹TV Springfield Campus will host a dedication on Thursday, Aug. 30 for the naming of the Nurse Training Center at 1265 E. Lark St.

Â鶹TV announces Fall 2018 Chapel schedule
Â鶹TV welcomes students, staff and the community to Fall semester Chapel services, which take place weekly on Mondays and Wednesdays at 10 a.m. in Pike Auditorium beginning Monday, Aug. 20 through Wednesday, Dec. 5. The focus for the coming school year is "Connecting Points: Celebrating the Spiritual Disciplines."
Â鶹TV Chorale selected to perform at music educators conference
The Chorale of Â鶹TV has been selected to perform at the 81st Annual Missouri Music Educators Association In-Service Workshop/Conference on Jan. 23-26, 2019 at the Tan-Tar-A Resort in Osage Beach.

Â鶹TV selects Eric A. Turner as 25th president
Dr. Eric. A. Turner of Pocahontas, Ark., was unanimously selected the 25th president of Â鶹TV on July 20 in a special meeting of the Â鶹TV Board of Trustees. He will begin his duties as president-elect Monday, Aug. 6, and assume the presidency on Sept. 1.
Retirement reception for Â鶹TV President Taylor is Aug. 4
Â鶹TV President Dr. C. Pat Taylor is retiring Aug. 31, and the public is invited to a come-and-go retirement reception from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 4, in the Sells Administrative Center on the Bolivar campus.

Â鶹TV PBL takes eight top-10 awards at nationals
Â鶹TV's Phi Beta Lambda (PBL) organization had six students compete at the PBL National Leadership Conference on June 23-26 in Baltimore, Md., and claimed eight top-10 finishes, as well as a national championship.
Delmont earns CNE credential
Â鶹TV's Nancy Delmont recently passed the National League for Nursing's certification exam to earn the credential of a Certified Nurse Educator.
