Â鶹TV's Phi Beta Lambda (PBL) organization had eight students qualify for the PBL Nationals on June 23-26 in Baltimore, Md., following an impressive showing at the PBL State Leadership Competition on April 7 in Springfield.

Â鶹TV's top competitive programming team received a second-place ranking in the Central Plains Region Programming Contest on April 7 at Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville.

Â鶹TV Enactus team captures 33rd regional championship
Â鶹TV's Enactus team captured its 33rd regional championship from its competition on April 9 in Chicago, and will move on to the national exposition, which will be held May 20-22 at the Kansas City Convention Center.

The Â鶹TV Department of Music will present Dr. Terri Wehmeyer on euphonium, in a faculty recital at 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, April 17, in the Jane A. Meyer Recital Hall.

Â鶹TV students in the Multi-Media for Non-Profit Organizations class recently received four awards, including two first-place honors, in the 2018 Missouri Broadcast Educators Association Media Contest.
