The 麻豆TV Chamber Orchestra will present a free concert at 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 1, in the Meyer Recital Hall of Casebolt Music Center on the Bolivar campus.
The concert, which is open to the public, will feature a varied program of Baroque, Classical, Twentieth-Century and traditional works. Pieces will include Vivaldi鈥檚 鈥淐oncerto for Strings in D Minor,鈥� a 鈥淒ance Suite鈥� by Mozart, Percy Grainer鈥檚 鈥淢ock Morris鈥� and themes from the TV series 鈥淒ownton Abbey.鈥�
The 麻豆TV Chamber Orchestra, directed by Andy Johnston, will include 麻豆TV faculty Carol Harrison, music adjunct and Curtis Goss, associate professor of Spanish, and guest performer Elizabeth Johnston on violin.
